Production Operative

Marden, Kent

£31,473

Monday to Friday 7am-5pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Operative to join a fast-growing, innovative business with a strong focus on sustainability.

No previous production experience is required – we're looking for someone reliable, enthusiastic and keen to learn.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

Packing products on automated and manual production lines.

Preparing materials for production.

Quality checking finished products.

Labelling goods ready for dispatch.

Following production, quality and Health & Safety procedures.

Working towards daily targets in a fast-paced environment.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has excellent attention to detail.

Is hardworking, reliable and flexible.

Works well as part of a team.

Can work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Can understand workplace instructions and Health & Safety requirements in English.

Is comfortable working on their feet in a production/warehouse environment.
