Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Haverfordwest
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: 6am to 2pm Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday

We’re seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join our client’s busy manufacturing team in Haverfordwest. This hands-on role is essential to ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining quality standards, and supporting overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Monitor product quality and perform basic quality checks
Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety standards

Follow production schedules and meet daily targets

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role is desirable but not essential
