Vibe Recruit are currently recruiting for Production Operators to make our world class lead-acid batteries.to join their thriving team in Ebbw Vale.
Shift Patterns:
Two week shift pattern
WK 1 Monday, Tuesday Wednesday Days
Thursday, Friday Afternoons
WK 2 Monday, Tuesday Wednesday Afternoons
Thursday, Friday Days
Three week shift pattern
WK 1 Monday, Tuesday Wednesday Days
Thursday, Friday Afternoons
WK 2 Nights
WK 3 Monday, Tuesday Wednesday Afternoons
Thursday, Friday Days
Competitive Pay Rates:
Rate of pay is £12.47 for 35.5 hrs per week, plus shift allowance.Shifts are
Days 05:50-14:00 shift allowance £3.28
Afternoons 13:50-22:00 shift allowance £10.08
Nights 21:50-06:00 shift allowance £15.13
Your Role Will Include:
Working high lead environment
Regular medical and blood tests on site
Must be clean shaven- due to air flow mask fitting
Showering before leaving siteWhat We're Looking For:
Previous experience in Production or manufacturing (working in a lead environment is a plus, but not essential)
Great attention to detail - quality is everything in this role
Understanding of safe working practices in a factory environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
