Job Description
Vibe Recruit is currently recruiting for Production / Clean Room Operators to join a well-established and growing automotive manufacturer based in Abergavenny.
We are looking for an individuals with a background in manufacturing, ideally with previous machine operating experience, who are comfortable working in a clean room or high-precision production environment.
Salary: £12.86 per hour
Shift Pattern:
Days: Monday to Wednesday, 6:00am - 6:00pm and Thursday, 6:00am - 2:00pm
Nights: Monday to Wednesday, 6:00pm - 6:00am
Rotating weekly between days and nightsKey Responsibilities:
Feeding raw materials into machinery
Operating machinery and adjusting settings to maintain quality output
Assembling components on a production line
Labelling and packaging finished products
Conducting quality checks using basic measuring tools
Maintaining clean and safe working conditions
Following all health and safety procedures and site protocols
Supporting general housekeeping duties in the production areaRequirements:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Comfortable with physical work and manual handling tasks
Mechanically minded and capable of learning new equipment quickly
Able to work independently and remain productive under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Experience operating machinery or working in a cleanroom is desirableWhat We Offer:
