Production Operator
Amazing Opportunity for a well established Manufacturing company with a brand new site!
Kinetic Recruitment are looking to recruit Production Operatives with immediate starts to work for a leading Manufacturing company based in Deeside.
* Continuously monitor the production process to ensure product quality and consistency. Make necessary adjustments to machinery to maintain optimal performance
* Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery
* Consistently quality checking products to ensure there are no defects to ensure that it meets quality standards.
* Maintain accurate production logs and records
* Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth operation and a consistent workflow.
* Efficiently operating machinery used in the converting process to produce high quality products.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
* Previous experience in operating / setting machinery
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ideally would have worked in the paper industry or a BRC accredited factory
* A positive attitude towards learning and development
Will be working rotating shifts Monday to Friday
Mornings 6am to 2pm
Afternoons 2pm to 10pm
Nights 10pm to 6am
Initially starting on day shifts
£28,000 per annum plus shift allowance
26 days holiday plus bank holidays
