We are seeking a motivated and reliable Production Operator to operate and monitor equipment in the aluminium rolling process.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Operating rolling mills and related machinery to process aluminium coils according to production schedules and quality standards.
* Monitoring the production line for any abnormalities or deviations and taking corrective actions to optimise efficiency and product quality.
* Conducting routine machine inspections and reporting any issues to ensure optimal performance and minimise downtime.
* Assisting in the setup and changeover of equipment for different product specifications.
* Collaborating with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and resolve operational challenges.
* Adhering to strict safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Working Hours: 42 hours over a four-day shift pattern working days and nights, which includes two 12-hour days from 6am-6pm, two 12-hour nights from 6pm-6am followed by four rest daysBefore You Apply
