We're hiring Production Operators to join the Plate Department of a busy manufacturing site in Ebbw Vale. This is a permanent position with a well-established company, offering full-time hours on a 4 on / 4 off rotating shift pattern (2 days, 2 nights). If you're reliable, hands-on, and looking to build a career in production, we want to hear from you.

Salary: £12.47 per hour
Shifts: 12-hour shifts (4 on / 4 off) 6am-6pm, 6pm-6am)

Operate and monitor machinery in a fast-paced production environment

Work collaboratively with the production team
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a production or machine operating role is preferred
Mechanically minded with good attention to detail
Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts
