Starting Rate: £12.24 per hour
Shift Premium: 20% Shift Premium for night shifts £14.69
Pay Increase: Rate rises after 12 weeks of serviceHRGO Recruitment are currently looking for a Production Operative to join our clients busy team. This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment, ideal for someone who enjoys active work and being part of a fast-moving team.
This role will be focusing on pallet stacking and keeping the downstream area running smoothly.
You will receive on-the-job training, opportunities to learn new skills, and support for those who show initiative and commitment.
Key Responsibilities
Pallet stacking and maintaining workflow at the end of the production line.
Ensuring the smooth running of your designated area.
Following all site safety and hygiene procedures.
Supporting the wider team to meet production targets.
Developing skills to progress to machine operation (training provided).
Shift Pattern
The site operates 24/7 with a 4-5-5 shift pattern:
Two weekends on, two weekends off each month.
During the 5-day shifts, you may work up to 60 hours before your rest period. These shifts are physically demanding, so you should be comfortable with long hours.
Twice a year, the schedule includes 5 night shifts, 4 days off, then another 5 night shiftsWhat We're Looking For
