Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Production Packer to join a well-established injection moulding business based in Corby. Specialising in the manufacture of kitchen components, this company offers excellent training, flexibility, and the opportunity to secure a permanent role after a successful temp-to-perm period.
Location: Corby
Shift: Monday - Friday, 14:00 - 22:00 (all hours paid)
Pay: Circa. £25,000 (with pay increases over time)
Contract: Temp to Perm
Duties:
Packaging items directly from the production line
Boxing and labelling finished products
Moving boxes onto pallets and wrapping pallets securely
Completing basic quality checks to ensure products meet standards
Counting and recording products accurately
Following order notes and instructions
Supporting the wider production team when requiredThe ideal candidate must:
Have previous experience in logistics, packing, or production (preferred)
Be able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
Have strong attention to detail and reliability
Be willing to learn and undergo training for further developmentBenefits:
