Production Planner - Poole
£20.00 per hour | 37.5 hours per week | Temp to Perm (6-month contract)

What you will do:
Coordinate production plans and schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
Analyse data, balance workloads and create accurate reports.
Use SAP to update planning systems and maintain documentation.
Work closely with Engineering, Production and Sourcing teams to solve problems.
Spot opportunities to improve efficiency and challenge existing processes.
Support the planning team and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.
What we are looking for:
Experience in production or manufacturing planning.
Confident communicator who enjoys working across teams.
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
SAP experience is highly desirable.
A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.

Hybrid working after training (3 days in office, 2 days from home).
