WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
*
Create, maintain, and communicate daily and weekly production schedules across all manufacturing lines.
*
Balance labour, machine capacity, and order priorities to achieve On Time In Full (OTIF) targets.
*
Translate sales orders and forecasts into clear, actionable production batches within the ERP system.
*
Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials, consumables, and packaging.
*
Track and report on material readiness, shortages, and batch tracking to maintain accuracy and reduce waste.
*
Oversee outbound logistics for trade and e-commerce orders, working with couriers, pallet networks, and national carriers.
*
Monitor transport performance and resolve delivery or service issues.
*
Support production quality and efficiency through accurate planning and clear communication.
*
Report on daily and weekly KPIs, including plan accuracy, OTIF, labour utilisation, yield, and waste.
*
Contribute insights and actions to monthly operational review meetings.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
*
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in production planning or manufacturing coordination.
*
Proven success improving planning accuracy, material flow, and delivery performance.
*
Experience managing transport and logistics with multiple carriers or pallet networks.
*
Strong ERP/MRP and Excel skills; confident interpreting and communicating data.
*
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*
Clear, confident communicator – able to work effectively across shop floor, operations, and leadership teams.
