Production Planner - Eye - Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week

My client is looking for an efficient and detail focused Production Planner to help ensure special parts are manufactured safely, efficiently and are cost effective.

A rewarding role for anyone who enjoys problem‑solving, and being part of a team that keeps production running smoothly.

Reporting to the Senior Production Planner and the key duties and responsibilities will include the following:

  * Using the company ERP system to maintain high stock accuracy, plan work effectively, and close planned tasks to ensure all information remains up to date and accurate.

  * Ensuring that all work is accurately planned, programmed, packed and progressed through production.

  * To work closely with other operational teams to support smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly..

  * Highlight any potential issues or delays.

  * Maintain and update the ERP system.

  * Delivering excellent service levels to internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate, will have a positive approach and strong organisational skills. Be detail focused, a great communicator and have good administrative skills.

Experience in a similar role—such as Production Planner, Materials Planner, or Planner—along with previous ERP system use, is highly desirable.
