A market-leading FMCG business is on the lookout for a talented Production Planner to join their fast-paced, forward-thinking Supply Chain team. If you're ready to play a critical role in driving planning performance and efficiency - this is your chance.
The Role:
You'll take charge of planning and organising manufacturing volumes across shifts, ensuring operations run smoothly, cost-effectively, and on time. This includes:
Preparing & updating weekly/monthly planning schedules
Maintaining the product database
Producing monthly capacity reports
Reacting quickly to shifts in customer demand
Communicating production needs across planning, warehousing and production teams
Your input will directly impact production efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall supply chain performance.
Who We're Looking For:
We want someone who thrives in high-energy environments, builds strong relationships, and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo. The ideal candidate will bring:
Experience in a planning role within FMCG, Food Production or Fresh Produce
Strong ERP system knowledge in a planning setting
A natural problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
Confident communication to engage teams and customers
The drive to hit the ground running and make an impact fast
You'll be working closely with the wider operations and planning team, so being a team player with a keen eye for detail and a focus on results is a must.
