Job Description

We're thrilled to announce our recent collaboration with a quintessentially Scottish manufacturing brand located in the borders. This esteemed business, rich in history, is on the lookout for a dedicated production planner to assist in managing all facets of the manufacturing process.
This role offers a fantastic chance to gain valuable experience, collaborating closely with the Managing Director and other key stakeholders.
Reporting directly into the MD, this very "hands on" position will provide exposure across the facility / business and will be very diverse day to day.
The Role
* Working with the Sales and Administration team and integrating with the manufacturing facility to provide management of the production planning and order processing within the business.
* Working with facility supervisors to manage the production team to meet the targets of seasonal production alongside replenishment of stock for the merchanting/wholesale business
* Work with the Design/Sales team to manage resources for Design and Development of range making and sampling for key customers and seasonal collection
* Work within the administration team with Sales order processing, cutting, rolling and packing of the daily order fulfilment service.
* Manage stock levels and planning for the merchanting/bunch side of the business.
The role would be 39 hours full time with the hours of 8:30am until 5pm Mon-Fri. The nature of the business means that this is an exciting position with progression opportunities for the right candidate.
