NEW PRODUCTION PLANNER BASED IN ANDOVER.
Our client based in Andover, Hampshire specialise in the design and manufacture of highly complex PCBA's for a range of industries like automotive, industrial and medical.
They are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Planner to join a growing Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys coordinating complex schedules to keep production running smoothly.
Responsibilities as a Production Planner in Andover.
* Develop detailed production plans and schedules aligned with forecasts, capacity and inventory.
* Collaborate with purchasing to ensure materials and component arrive on time.
* Monitor and analyse production performance, addressing any bottlenecks or deviations.
* Prepare regular reports and performance analysis for management to view.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold quality standards across operations.
