Location: Pershore
Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, day shift. Flexibility considered

We’re recruiting for a Press operator role with a well-established manufacturer based in Pershore. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for someone with experience in operating production machinery in a process-driven environment.
The Role
This role involves setting up and operating a press to form components as part of a structured manufacturing process. You’ll be responsible for loading material, running the press cycle, checking finished parts, and completing basic documentation. The work is consistent and suited to someone with a good understanding of machinery, attention to detail, and a steady, process-led approach.
Key Responsibilities

Operating production machinery safely and in line with standard procedures

Loading and unloading tools and materials

Monitoring machine settings and cycle times

Carrying out basic visual checks on finished parts

Completing simple paperwork or production records

Keeping your work area clean and organised

Reporting any issues or faults to the supervisor

Previous experience in a machine operating or production press role
