iRecruit4 are hiring for immediate start Production Repair Operatives to work for our client in Swindon. This role offers temporary to permanent roles and fantastic paid weekly bonuses!

Job Duties of the Warehouse Operative:
Working on a fast-paced production line in a warehouse.
* Repairing stock.
* Using nail guns, saws, and cutters.
* Work can involve heavy lifting.
* Moving products.
* Ensuring products are repaired to the correct specification.
Additional Information for the Warehouse Operative:
* Working in a production line, so will be noisy (correct PPE will be provided)
* Previous experience with handheld powers tools desirable.
* Long term work leading to permanent.
* £12.45 Per Hour – First 40 Hours.
* £13.45 Per Hour – After 40 Hours.
* Bonus paid each week based on quality and performance – this can be £100 + per week.
* Working on shift rotation 06:00 -14:00 then 14:00 – 22:00 rotation week about (6-2 is Mon to Sat / 2-10 is Mon to Fri)
* This is heavy work but the earning potential includes uncapped bonuses where you can earn circa £575 - £675per week!
* Must be Health & Safety conscious
* You must be reliable, hardworking and have a level of fitness due to the nature of the workBefore You Apply
