We have day and night shifts available- 4 on 4 off shift pattern, competitive rates of pay and fantastic benefits.These roes will start in March with interviews taking place throughout January.
We have the following roles-
Production Line Operative
You'll be responsible for packing products across various production lines, checking for quality defects, and meeting line speed targets. You'll also help minimise downtime, support other tasks during breaks in production, and contribute to continuous improvement without compromising quality.
Production Line Leader
You'll be responsible for helping lead and develop the packing team to meet quality and output targets, managing machines, completing works orders, and supporting changeovers. You'll also drive continuous improvement, minimise downtime, and maximise line performance without compromising quality.
Production Administrator
You'll be responsible for providing administrative support to production and stock control, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely. You'll also manage the organisation, distribution, and closure of production works orders within the same shift.
Production Stock Mover
You'll be responsible for ensuring products are in the correct location at the right time, aligned with stock control systems and production needs. You'll also ensure all pallets are correctly labelled, stock movements are accurately recorded, and full product traceability is maintained.
Production Cleaner
You'll be responsible for efficiently executing the machine cleaning schedule to the highest hygiene standards, working safely and collaboratively with production. You'll also contribute to continuous improvement by identifying more effective ways of working.
Box Machine Operative
You'll be responsible for erecting flat pack boxes in line with the production plan, ensuring all required products are prepared accurately and on time.
