Job Description

Are you a Production Shift Manager, Front Line Manager or Area/Section Manager looking for a new position? 

Looking for a well-established, family feel business where you can make your own stamp? 

We are currently working with a well-established, family-owned food manufacturer who are looking for a Production Shift Manager to join the team - 4 on 4 off days and nights. 

The core responsibilities of the role will focus around people development, process management and CI & Lean Manufacturing. You will need to have a track record of each of these areas and be willing to make your voice heard to implement change where necessary.

You will need to have experience in a similar position - Shift Manager or Area Manager, roughly overseeing teams of at least 20/30 reports. You will be hands on, analytical mindset when it comes to KPI's and CI, background in food manufacturing.
