The Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to oversee the production operations at their Warrington site. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a similar background who is looking for a new challenge within an expanding company, offering real scope for growth and progression.

Key Responsibilities

  * Manage the day-to-day production operations of the site

  * Lead, motivate, and develop on-site teams to achieve operational targets

  * Ensure all processes comply with GDPR regulations and data protection standards

  * Maintain and enforce high standards of Health & Safety across the site

  * Monitor performance, productivity, and quality to meet client expectations

  * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

  * Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production processes

Requirements

  * Proven experience in a Site Manager or similar operational leadership role

  * Strong understanding of production or operational environments

  * Knowledge of GDPR and Health & Safety compliance

  * Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

  * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
