Production Supervisor – Food Manufacturing
Location: Evesham, WR11
Possible Working Hours:
AM Shift
PM ShiftPay Rate:
Starting from £13.63 - £14 per hour (reviewed after 12 weeks)
£20.45 per hour – Overtime after 40 hours
£27.26 per hour – Weekend overtime and bank holidaysStart Date: Immediate interviews and start dates available
About the Role

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining smooth operations on the production floor. You’ll lead a team of up to 30 staff, ensuring that daily targets are met while upholding the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and safety. Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily production operations across multiple shifts
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of up to 30 production staff
Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet targets
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
Conduct daily team briefings and performance reviews
Train and mentor new and existing staff to ensure skill development
Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimise downtime
Maintain accurate records of production output, staff attendance, and incidents
Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure smooth operations
Support machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting as needed
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role
Proven background in food production or manufacturing
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
