Late Shift Production Supervisor - Rayleigh - Monday to Friday - Late Shift
We're supporting a growing manufacturer in Rayleigh who are looking for an experienced Late Shift Production Supervisor to join their team.
This is a great opportunity to lead people, improve processes, and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production across both warehouse and manufacturing areas.
The Role
As a Late Shift Production Supervisor, you'll lead and support your team to deliver daily production targets. You'll act as the key link between your shift and senior management-driving communication, performance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop your team to hit production and quality targets
Plan shift schedules, staffing, and machinery use
Oversee production and warehouse operations
Maintain high Health & Safety standards
Communicate updates and support change implementation
Assist the Late Shift Manager with recruitment and training
Ensure smooth shift handovers and issue resolution
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Production or Warehouse Supervisor
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety in manufacturing and production
Confident leadership and communication skills
Calm under pressure, proactive, and solution-focused
