Production Supervisor – Food Manufacturing
Location: Evesham, WR11
Shifts Available: AM & PM
Pay Rate: £14.10 – £15.50/hr (depending on experience)
Overtime:
1.5x after 40 hours
2x on weekends and bank holidays
Start Date: Immediate interviews and start dates available

Your Role
As Production Supervisor, you will:
Lead and manage a team of up to 30 staff across shifts
Ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
Conduct team briefings, performance reviews, and training
Troubleshoot machinery and support continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role
Background in food production (mandatory)
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience with any of the following machinery is a plus:
Weber Slicer
Ilpra Tray Sealer
PFM Bagging Machine
MBP Multi-Head Weigher
Groba Cutting Machine
Tecno-Pack Flow Wrapper
