Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the production floor. The role involves managing workflow, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and leading a team to meet production targets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate production activities across multiple product lines.
Monitor quality control processes to maintain high standards.
Train, motivate, and manage production staff.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements.
Achieve production targets and deadlines.
Collaborate with departments such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Logistics.
Operate and maintain machinery as required.Requirements
Previous experience in food manufacturing (confectionery experience desirable).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP).
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
