Leeds
Circa £41,000 + Quarterly Bonus
Days (Mon–Fri) | Every Other Friday Off

An established and growing business in Leeds is looking to appoint a hands-on Production Supervisor to support increased demand and ongoing expansion. Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for coordinating a multi-skilled production team, ensuring output, quality and delivery targets are met. This is a hands-on role, supporting the team on the shop floor while driving performance, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  * Supervising and allocating work across production teams

  * Supporting production activities when required

  * Monitoring KPIs and ensuring delivery targets are met

  * Resolving day-to-day production issues

  * Maintaining quality and compliance standards

  * Supporting continuous improvement initiatives

  * Leading and developing team members

  * 9-day fortnight (every other Friday off)
