Market Harborough
£16.83 p/hour (£35K)
Mon-Fri, 08:00-17:30
Temp to Perm
We're recruiting for a hands-on Production Supervisor to join a busy signage & printing company in Market Harborough.
You'll be responsible for:
Production planning and job scheduling
Managing materials, staff and customer expectations
Supporting daily operations and working closely with directorsWhat you need:
2+ years in a supervisory/operations role (manufacturing preferred)
Full UK driving licence
Confident communicator & fully computer literate
Organised, detail-focused and deadline-drivenWhat you get:
£16.83/hour (£35K/year)
Weekly pay for first 3 months via SolviT
Permanent role after 3 months
Paid overtime when needed
