Are you someone who naturally takes the lead and knows how to get the best from a team? Do you enjoy the challenge of a busy production floor and take pride in keeping things running like clockwork?
We are on the lookout for an experienced and driven Production or Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy team. You will work closely with the Production Manager to ensure operations run efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing
Overseeing day-to-day production activities including planning, stock management and customer requirements
Leading and supporting your team to ensure a positive and high-performing working environment
Tracking key performance indicators and maintaining quality standards while always looking for ways to improve
Championing health and safety, ensuring all procedures are followed and incidents are reported
Managing forklift operations and supervising vehicle loading and unloading
Taking a hands-on approach when needed by stepping into key operational roles across the siteWhat We're Looking For
At least one year of supervisory experience in a production/warehouse or manufacturing setting
A valid forklift licence is essential
A confident and supportive leadership style with strong team management skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and databases
