4 on 4 off – Days & Nights (12-hour shifts)

Who are we looking for?
A Production Supervisor who’s worked in food manufacturing, or a similarly regulated environment. Someone who gets the importance of hygiene, safety and output. You’ll ideally have some team-leading or supervisory experience under your belt – and if you’ve dealt with performance management or shift leadership before, even better.
You don’t need a wall of qualifications – although if you’ve got a management cert, or a relevant apprenticeship, that’ll go a long way. What matters most is how you lead people, solve problems, and keep things moving when the pressure’s on.
