Why this role matters
You'll be leading a team of over 20 in the manufacturing team - , including Team Leaders, and Production Operatives, to ensure products are made on time, to spec, and to the highest safety and quality standards. You'll be hands-on - stepping in to support your team when it's busy, solving challenges on the spot, and keeping things moving smoothly from one shift to the next.
From planning production schedules and managing resources to driving efficiency and spotting opportunities for improvement, you'll play a central role in making sure we deliver - every time.
You'll thrive here if you:
* Have experience in food manufacturing or production.
* Understand food safety and quality systems (SALSA or similar is a plus).
* Enjoy leading and motivating people to do their best work.
* Have a calm, practical approach to solving problems on the floor.
* Don't mind rolling up your sleeves when the team needs you.
