The Company
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join a long-established manufacturer at their Bingley site. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role with clear progression routes as part of a wider growth and succession strategy.
The Role
*
Lead and motivate a team of production operatives
*
Create and maintain SOPs.
*
Deliver training and support staff development.
*
Work closely with planning to ensure efficient scheduling.
*
Promote and enforce health & safety standards.
*
Use ERP systems (SAP experience desirable, training provided for other ERP users).
Essential Requirements
*
Proven supervisory/leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
*
Ability to coordinate and deliver training.
*
IT literacy and familiarity with ERP systems.
*
Strong health & safety knowledge.
Desirable Experience
*
Background in belts, textiles, or other process-led manufacturing.
*
Experience within succession planning or change/modernisation environments.
Benefits

£34,000 – £40,000 DOE

27 days holiday + bank holidays (3 days reserved for Christmas shutdown).

Annual bonus of up to 5% (based on group/regional performance).
