Production Supervisor
Rugby
Rotating Days & Nights (6am - 6pm)
£57,324.50 (including shift allowance & guaranteed overtime)
Permanent Role + Excellent Benefits (life assurance, generous pension, etc.)
We're looking for a confident Production Team Leader to join a busy factory that manufactures concrete products for the construction industry.
This is very manual, hands on and it can be mucky!!
What you'll be doing:
Leading and motivating a small team of operatives.
Driving standards in product quality, safety, and efficiency.
Keeping control of KPIs and costs (including overtime management).
Running daily briefings, tackling staff issues, and completing computer-based tasks.
Rolling your sleeves up and operating machinery alongside your team.Why this role?
This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll make a real impact every day. It's also a fantastic step up for an experienced existing Team Leader / Supervisor looking to progress within a large, stable and people-focused company.
What we're looking for:
Proven supervisory or team-leading experience in a production environment (not warehouse or any other sector)
Strong health & safety knowledge.
