As Production Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing day-to-day production across PCBA, sub-assembly, and final test
Coordinating build schedules with operations and commercial teams
Supporting new product introductions and engineering changes
Working alongside production staff to maintain quality and output
Identifying and implementing process improvements
Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with ISO 13485
As Production Supervisor, your experience will include:
Proven background in electronics manufacturing or CEM/EMS
Familiarity with both surface-mount and through-hole assembly
Confident interpreting BOMs, drawings, and technical documentation
Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Business Central desirable)
Understanding of regulated environments and quality standards
