Production Supervisor
Dunkeswell | £19.23 per hour (overtime £28.84 per hour after 38 hours) | 6am-4pm, Monday-Friday (one day off on rota, weekends off) | Permanent |
Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Production Supervisor to lead and support daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, adherence to safety and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement across all processes.
Key Duties:
Oversee and manage daily production activities, ensuring targets are met and aligned with quality and safety standards.
Lead, coach, and develop production teams and line leaders to drive performance and engagement.
Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on operational efficiency and problem-solving.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and address production challenges proactively.
Maintain accurate production documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Prior experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies advantageous.
What We Offer:
£19.23 per hour basic pay.
£28.84 per hour overtime rate after 38 hours.
Monday-Friday work pattern with one rota day off and weekends off.
