Warehouse / Production Floor Supervisor
Located in DN11, Harworth
* Shifts - Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
* Pay - £15.00 an hour
* Contract - Temp to perm, you are taken permanent from your 13th week if you have proved yourself in the role.

We’re hiring a Warehouse / Production Floor Supervisor for a busy facility based in the DN11 area. This is a temp to perm role, offering long-term career potential for the right candidate.
Duties:
* Supervising shop floor staff and ensuring production targets are met
* Monitoring and processing work orders
* Using computer systems to track workflow and performance
* Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed
* Reporting to management and supporting overall operational efficiency
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in a supervisory role (warehouse or production environment preferred)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
