Night Shift | Monday – Thursday | 7:30pm – 6:00am
Full-Time | Permanent
Salary starting from £32,000, with night shift allowance increasing total package to £40,000.
Are you an experienced Production Supervisor looking to take your next step in a fast-paced, food manufacturing environment?
We’re working with a long-established and highly respected manufacturer in the food sector, now part of a larger UK-wide group. With decades of expertise and a strong commitment to quality, they’re seeking a hands-on, proactive Night Shift Production Supervisor to lead production operations, maintain high standards of food safety, and ensure efficient shift performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and support nightly production ensuring all targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.
* Ensure BRCGS, HACCP, GMP, and RSPO compliance across operations.
* Lead and motivate a team of operators, ensuring smooth handovers and shift continuity.
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement and safe working practices.
* Identify process improvements and liaise with maintenance to ensure equipment uptime.
What You’ll Need:
* Solid understanding of food manufacturing processes and quality systems.
* Working knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP, and GMP.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* High attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot problems in real-time.
* Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
