Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Haverhill
Salary: circa £39,000p.a.
Contract Type: Permanent, Full time
Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours
Sector: Manufacturing & Logistics
Due to continuous growth an opportunity has arisen for a permanent, full time Production Supervisor on a full time, permanent basis.
As the Production Supervisor you will be responsible for:
* Assisting with the coordination of day to day operations
* Help streamline production to improve efficiency
* Managing and mentoring the current team
* Update management with progress
* Team training
* Ensuring daily targets are achieved.
An ideal candidate for the Production Supervisor will have:
* Experience in a similar role
* Excellent attention to detail with a problem solving mindset
* Strong communication skills, verbal & written
* IT literacy.
