️ Production Supervisor - Avonmouth, Bristol
Pay: £13.50 - £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm
Location: Avonmouth, Bristol

We're looking for a proactive Production Supervisor to join our busy Avonmouth team and help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
You'll oversee daily production activities, support your team, and ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are met.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate a small production team
Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to high quality standards
Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and resolve day-to-day issues
Maintain stock control and organise materials as needed
Liaise with management and other departments to improve processes
Support hands-on tasks when required - leading by example

Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse supervisory role
Strong communication and leadership skills
A practical, organised, and safety-conscious mindset
Good problem-solving and multitasking ability
Reliable and committed with a positive "can-do" attitude
