An excellent opportunity for a production supervisor/manager looking for a leading role offering Mon-Fri working hours and an enhanced benefits package.

This is a great chance to work for an established manufacturer in a factory-based role where you will take responsibility for the daily operations of 20-25 production staff.

The role is for a reputable manufacturer that holds a leading name within its industry. They are looking for someone to manage performance across all areas of production and deliver lean methodologies to drive continuous improvements.

The Role:
- Lead and coordinate shift activities for 20-25 production personnel.
- Manage all areas of production and drive continuous improvements.
- Mon-Fri 2 shift system (6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm)

The Candidate:
- Production Supervisory/management experience.
- Manufacturing Background.
