Job Description

We’re looking for experienced Production Supervisors to join well-established food manufacturing operations in the West Midlands. 
 
 This role is ideal for someone with experience in leading teams in the production of food and who is ready to build on existing leadership experience within a fast-paced setting.

What you’ll be doing as Production Supervisor
 You will support the day-to-day running of production by supervising teams, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining high standards across safety, quality, and performance.

Supervising production teams to meet output and efficiency targets
Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
Managing workflow and supporting shift performance
Coaching and supporting team members to improve performance
Monitoring attendance, performance, and behaviour on shift
Communicating effectively with management and other departments 
What we’re looking for in a Production Supervisor

Must have experience in a food production or manufacturing environment
Must have previous team leader or supervisory experience (or ready to step up)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Reliable, flexible, and able to manage changing priorities
Willingness to work required shift patterns and adapt to future changes 
Shift Patterns - PM Shift

Tuesday to Friday: 15:00 – 22:30
Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00 
Working hours require flexibility, including starting earlier or finishing later when needed.

 There is an expectation of future changes to shift patterns, including earlier start times, potentially on a permanent basis.
