Primary Purpose:
We're looking for a confident and collaborative Production Supervisor to guide and coordinate production across several teams during our weekday (Day & Night) shifts. You'll be a key point of contact during your shift-resolving issues, tracking performance, promoting safe and inclusive working practices, and supporting both team and personal development. What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and support production teams to safely meet output and quality targets.
Create a positive, inclusive working environment that fosters collaboration and trust.
Manage and support staff performance, training needs, wellbeing, and attendance.
Champion a proactive approach to health, safety, and environmental standards, ensuring a culture where everyone feels safe and valued.
Monitor team performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive change through collaboration.
Work closely with other departments to make sure materials and resources are available when needed.
Keep accurate and up-to-date records, including training, compliance, and production documentation.
Support with people management activities such as recruitment, HR investigations, and coaching.
What We're Looking For:

Experience working in a manufacturing environment or a similar production-based role.
NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification (or relevant experience).
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles is a bonus, but not essential.
Effective leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
Great communication skills - verbal and written - with a focus on clarity and respect.
Organised, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage resources effectivelyBefore You Apply
