Job Description
Production Supervisors (x2, Day Shift – 55 operatives) – Stoke-on-Trent Salary: Up to £34,000 + bonus + overtime always available (paid at 50% premium)
Hours: Monday-Thursday 6am-3pm and Friday 6am-12:30pm.
Two exciting opportunities for Production Supervisors to step into leadership roles in a large-scale manufacturing setting in Stoke-on-Trent. With bonuses, overtime, and long-term progression, these roles offer genuine career growth.
Role 1: Oversee PVC welding, saws, and machinery.
Role 2: Lead manual fabrication process/teams (finishing, assembly, adding components).
What you’ll do:
Supervise and develop teams of operators
Monitor output, quality, and safety across production lines
Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in daily operations
What you’ll need:
Manufacturing background
Supervisory/team leader experience
Strong people management skills
