Job Description
We are working with a well-established manufacturing business to find a Production Support Coordinator on permanent full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with different teams, offering strong IT skills and excellent attention to detail.
What You Can Expect
* Salary: £25,500 per annum
* Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
* 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
* Workplace pension scheme and healthcare plan after 12 months
What You Will Be Doing
* Helping production teams with product specifications and machine calculations (training provided)
* Answering specification questions and providing support to operators
* Working with scheduling and production managers to keep orders on track
* Assisting with quality checks and helping solve production issues
* Suggesting improvements to make processes safer and more efficient•
* Keeping accurate records and sharing updates with the team
What We Are Looking For
* Prior experience within a similar role across Production, quality or administration
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Organised and able to manage priorities effectively
* Confident with across Microsoft 360 (Good Excel knowledge is a plus)
* Comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment
* Keen to learn and support continuous improvement
