The Role: Production Support Technician
As a Production Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Cell Leaders and Team Leaders, ensuring production delays are minimised and issues are resolved efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Assisting with initial fault/reject diagnosis and identifying suitable '15-minute fixes' to keep production moving
Liaising with various departments, such as Production Engineering, Production Control, and Quality Control, to find solutions
Reviewing stock, creating repicks, and delivering replacement parts to the production line to minimise downtime
Raising IERs (Incident Event Reports) and collaborating with Production Engineering as needed
What We're Looking For
The ideal Production Support Technician will have:
Hands-on manufacturing experience, preferably in an assembly-focused environment
Proficiency in basic SAP transactions related to PED, QC, and Production Control
A good understanding of the company's product range and current production status
