Sure Start Staff | Team Leader | Production | Chadderton

Location: Chadderton, Oldham
Pay: £13.69 ph, Overtime £20.54 ph
Shifts: 4 Days per Week | 41 hours per week

Job Overview:

We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Production Team Leader to join our client's busy manufacturing team. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for anyone with proven supervisory experience in a production or factory setting who is seeking to step into a leadership role within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  * Lead and manage a production line team of approximately 10 operatives

  * Operate production machinery and assist with resolving technical issues

  * Maintain accurate records and ensure all products meet quality and compliance standards

  * Foster a positive team culture and support individual performance and development

Person Specification:

  * Confident and approachable leader with team motivation skills

  * Strong collaborator with a hands-on approach

  * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  * Able to think on your feet and resolve challenges efficiently
