The Role

We’re looking for a Production Team Leader to oversee daily operations and lead a production team to meet targets safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.

You’ll manage shift performance, coordinate production activity, support machine operations, and drive continuous improvement across the shop floor.

  * Experience in manufacturing/production with supervisory responsibility

  * Strong leadership and team development skills

  * Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement

  * Good problem-solving and organisational ability

  * Commitment to Health & Safety and quality

  * Desirable: ILM qualification or similar
