Production Team Leader
Afternoon shift (2.30-midnight)
Coventry
£31,407 + 10% shift allowance + paid overtime
Permanent, full time
We are seeking 2-3 experienced hands-on Production Team Leader to lead small teams (5-12 in your team) working in our client's manufacturing operations in Coventry facility. Your responsibilities will include first line people management, as well as keeping your team focussed on meeting production targets and maintaining quality and health & safety standards.
You will be:
Production Team Leader, supervising a team of production operatives, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity
Monitoring production processes and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste (working to 5S standards)
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
Conducting regular performance evaluations and provide training and development for your team members
Hands on production as required
Do you have:
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment at a team leader level
Good leadership and team leadership skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Knowledge of 5S processes and quality control standards
Commitment to health & safety
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and other colleagues within Production Benefits:
Salary £31,407 + 10% shift allowance
Paid overtime if required (further information available)

Early finish on Friday (7pm)These Production Team Leader roles are required due to the growth of the business and the need to introduce a second shift.
