Job Description
Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader for our client based in Walsall. The role is responsible for overseeing a team of production workers, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation of the company’s production area.
Production Team Leader Responsibilities:
Conducting morning SQCDP meetings
Escalating relevant issues to the Production Manager
Ensuring Safe working environment for Staff with regular safety control audits
Implement actions to reduce off-track hours and down time
Engage team in Ci activities, Kaizen, 5S and problem solving activities
Production Team Leader Details:
Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 PA
Location: Walsall (WS6)
Production Team Leader Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Production Team Leader
Manufacturing background
Team management
Development of the team
Experience in onboarding planning
Experience with build and maintain direct relationships with customers
