Job Description
Are you an experienced Production Team Leader looking to join a business with a great culture? We are working with a manufacturing organisation in Frimley who are looking for a Production Team Leader on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have demonstrable supervisory experience and be well versed working within production management.

Salary £46,500 - £52,500 per annum depending on experience
Two-week rotating shift pattern:
Early shift: Monday - Friday 5:30am - 1:30pm
Late shift: Monday - Thursday 12:30pm - 9:00pm, Friday 12:30pm - 6:00pm

Job Description
Develop shift schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels.
Monitor production output and scrap rates
Performance management and training of the team, including appraisals, recruitment, managing sickness and annual leave
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Demonstrable people management or supervisory experience
Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment
Well versed working in a Production Team Leader or Supervisor position
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
