Production Team Leader - Shifts - Camberley - Competitive Salary + Benefits
We're looking for an experienced Production Team Leader to lead a shift of around 30 people in a busy manufacturing environment. You'll manage people, performance, quality, and shift operations on a rotating early/late schedule.
What's involved:
Lead and motivate a production team
Ensure quality, safety, and output targets
Manage shift planning, performance, and training
Drive continuous improvement and team development
What you'll bring:
Proven supervisory experience in manufacturing
Strong leadership, communication & organisation
Comfortable with shift work (early & late rotation)
Solid IT and production management skills
