Production Team Leader/Supervisor
Location: Peterborough (Fengate)
Pay: £14.00 per hour (rising to £14.50 after training)
Looking for your next step in production? We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Team Leader to join our busy packing and production team.
What the role involves:
- Leading and supporting a team on the shop floor
- Rolling up your sleeves and helping with packing & production when needed
- Making sure daily targets are hit and standards stay high
- Helping new team members settle in and succeed
Working on a shift rota: Mornings (05:30–14:00) and Afternoons (13:30–22:00)
What we’re looking for:
Experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a production environment
Someone confident, organised and great with people
Flexible and willing to cover both shifts
An FLT licence would be a big plus
What’s in it for you:
£14.00 per hour to start, rising to £14.50 after training (around 6 weeks)
